Enhancements

All Integrations

Receive Email Alerts for Errors & Warnings on Bulk Uploads

Stay in the loop with new email alerts. Users with access to Data Broker's Configuration can now add email addresses to receive email alerts for error or warning messages in the Data Broker bulk upload logs. Under the Data Integration Log, at the bottom of the screen, click the Recipient Email Addresses button. Enter the Email Address, click Add and click Save Email Addresses.

Once your daily bulk upload is complete, depending on when your firm has scheduled it to run or if run manually, email alerts will be sent to any saved email addresses. You will receive a single summary email to alert you of any error or warning messages for the job.

E-pinion Feedback Tool

Got a spark of genius? We want to hear it! Our new E-pinion feedback tool lets you share your brightest ideas for Elements. Anywhere you see the Data Broker controls in CRM, you will find the new Send Feedback button. Click the button, enter a brief note and Submit. We will review all submissions received.

Note: These two features will be available automatically within a few weeks of the release. If you would like access before this, please contact our Support team for assistance.

Multiple Integrations

Black Diamond

Innotrust

Last Upload Field Mapping

For firms using Black Diamond and/or Innotrust integrations for Contact Sync, we have added a Last Uploaded field mapping under Data Mappings. This field can also be added to the Contact page layout to view the date and time the record was last uploaded by Data Broker.

Black Diamond

Import Black Diamond Custom Fields on Relationship

You can now import Custom Fields you create in Black Diamond on the Relationship into Elements. Importing the fields will require mapping in Data Configuration and updating the page layout to view the new fields in Elements.

Non-Primary Portfolios now Assigned to Relationship

Previously, only the portfolio designated as primary in the Black Diamond relationship would be assigned to the correlating relationship in Elements. Non-Primary portfolios would need manual assignment to the associated relationship in CRM. Now, the non-primary portfolios will automatically be assigned to their associated relationship without manual intervention.

Exclude Relationships from Elements

You can now determine which relationships in Black Diamond are imported into your CRM. Now, you can use the Custom Field, ExcludeFromSalentica, set to true, on the Relationship in Black Diamond to prevent the relationship from importing and updating in Elements through the daily bulk upload process.

Fixes
