Authenticator App Connectivity Issues

As of February 27, 2023, the Salesforce Authenticator app is having connectivity issues with Salesforce’s servers. If you use tap to approve or auto-approval with Multi-Factor Authentication through the Salesforce Authenticator app, you will most likely receive the following error when trying to log in.

Please follow the below instructions as a temporary workaround until Salesforce resolves this.

1. Click Use a Different Verification Method.

2. Choose "Use a code from an authenticator app" and click "Continue".

3. In the Authenticator app, find the six-digit code associated with your login and input it in the following screen, then click "Verify".

If you continue to have issues even after following the steps listed above, please submit a ticket to the Support team, who will assist you with getting logged in.
