The New Relationship - Prospect workflow is a five task process that is resolved after you create the new relationship record, record a meeting with the contacts in the new relationship, sign the prospect, and all five tasks have been tagged as completed.
Team Roles required in Workflow: Advisor
Step 1:
First task is created, called "Create New Relationship Record in CRM", and it is assigned to the Team Role: Advisor. This initial task prompts the advisor to create the new Relationship with the required and requested information.
- Task one is due one day after the New Relationship - Prospect request is created.
Step 2:
Second task is created, called "Follow up with Prospect to Schedule Portfolio Review Meeting", and is assigned to the Team Role: Advisor. Since the initial meeting/portfolio review meeting is important to get to know your new relationship, this task requires that you schedule that meeting.
- Task two is due two days after the "Follow up with Prospect to Schedule Portfolio Review Meeting" task is created.
Step 3:
Third task is created, called "Conduct Portfolio Review Meeting", and it is assigned to the Team Role: Advisor. This task acknowledges and records the portfolio review meeting that the new relationship has with the advisor.
- Task three is due seven days after the "Conduct Portfolio Review Meeting" task is created.
Step 4:
Fourth task is created, called "Update Prospect Stage", and it is assigned to the Team Role: Advisor. This task reminds the Advisor to update the status of the prospect about two weeks after the portfolio review meeting.
- Task four is due 10 days after the "Update Prospect Stage" task is created.
Step 5:
Fifth task is created, called "Follow up/Sign with Prospect", and it is assigned to the Team Role: Advisor. This final task is marked complete once the prospect becomes a client. Once confirmed that all five tasks are completed, the Request status will update to Complete.
- Task five is due five days after the "Follow up/Sign with Prospect" task is created.
