Relationship Profile Score
How complete are your Relationship Records? Do you have enough, and the right information, about each of your clients? Using the Relationship Profile Score, you can determine the data points most important for your team, and come up with a score, value, or data point, that shows you how complete your records are!
This article explains how to setup Relationship Profile Score
New Financial Objects
Tax Filing
With Tax Filings, Salentica Elements makes it simple to keep track of high-level and historical facts about your client's tax position in one place, rather than trying to go through your record management systems.
Financial Plans
This is where the Financial Plan's information can be logged, revisited, and updated if required so that team members can turn to them while conducting these crucial conversations with customers.
Users may keep track of the client's priorities as they evolve over time and make changes to the Financial Plan as desired. On the Financial Plan, detail Return Objectives, Risk Objectives, Liquidity, and Life Expectancy can be logged to help construct the basis for the client's IPS.
Included in Financial Plans, you can also have:
-
Financial Plan Amendments: detail updates to existing Financial Plans
-
Financial Plan Goals: detail your goals for the Financial Plan, even link them to specific Portfolios or Financial Accounts
New Relationship Record Type: Terminated Client
A new record type for Relationships has been added which is ‘Terminated Client’. Based on client feedback, there was a need to distinguish Relationships as Terminated Clients, for record keeping and to keep up with data integrity.
