Occasionally, you will need to update your Data Broker, Salesforce, or Black Diamond, credentials in Elements so that the data we are receiving is uninterrupted. Here are the steps, that as a System Administrator, you can make this update.

  1. Navigate to Setup Setup > Quick Find: Installed Packages > Data Broker: Configure
  2. Under number 3. Data Broker, click Data Mapping
  3. Click Credentials
  4. Add your Salesforce Username & Salesforce Password
  5. Click Test Credentials
  6. Click Save

If you are using other Data Broker integrations, like Black Diamond, this is where you also will enter your Black Diamond (Orion, Tamarac, DST, etc.) credentials so that we can pull data from your Portfolio Management System:

If you receive the following error message, you likely need to upgrade to the latest version of Data Broker Authentication, OAuth. Please enter a case with our Service team for further assistance.

Salentica can be customized by your System Administrator, so your views & access may differ from this documentation. Please contact your System Administrator with specific questions.
